In addition to the GoGreen tickets, here are more tips on how you can make your visit even more sustainable.
Sustainability is a mission that we can only implement together. We will help you make your ceramitec visit as environmentally friendly as possible. With our tips, you can significantly improve your personal eco-balance. Because for each individual, it's just a small step. Together, it's a whole lot of the way.
CO₂ emissions are released by the travel of our visitors. With the GoGreen Ticket, we are offering the opportunity to contribute to climate protection for the greenhouse gas emissions produced. This climate protection contribution of 6,50 EUR is invested in three high-quality myclimate climate protection projects that meet the highest standards (Gold Standard, Plan Vivo) and demonstrably make a positive contribution to sustainable development locally and regionally. Let us walk the path to a greener future together.
With your GoGreen climate protection contribution, you are actively contributing to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and to sustainable development locally and regionally. Your contribution to climate protection goes directly into three high-quality myclimate climate protection projects, the development of which you can follow transparently.
As a green visitor, you will draw other visitors’ attention to the importance of climate protection and literally become an ambassador for the myclimate climate protection projects.
Become a role model and set an example for climate protection.

The overall objective of this climate protection programme is the installation of domestic biodigesters as a clean, sustainable energy source throughout India. The biogas generated from cow dung replaces fuels that are currently used for domestic energy needs such as firewood or kerosene.
Situation without project:
Using firewood and kerosene for cooking
Yearly CO₂ reduction:
54.217 t
Your support contributes to the following 10 Sustainable Development Goals:
SDG1 – No poverty
The use of slurry (organic fertiliser produced by the farmers themselves) helps to prevent small farmers from becoming dependent on chemical fertilisers, thus improving their families’ financial situation.
SDG 2 – Zero hunger
To date, the biogas systems have produced 204,904 tonnes of organic fertiliser and thus reduced 4,952 tonnes of chemical fertiliser, thus contributing to sustainable agriculture.
SDG 3 – Good Health an well-being
43,730 persons have benefited from better air quality since the start of the project.
SDG 4 – Quality Education
Because the time-consuming collection of firewood is no longer necessary, children have more time to go to school and do homework. This gives each family almost 3.5 hours of additional time per day.
SDG 7 – Affortable and clean energy
6,890 biogas digesters have been installed since the start of the project.
SDG 8 – Decent work an economic growth
87 permanent jobs have been created for the local population and more than 7,600 people have been trained in the use of biogas plants.
SDG 12 – Responsible consumption and production
The recycling of organic waste contributes to sustainable waste management.
SDG 13 – Climate Actions
Each biogas biodigester avoids 7.1 t CO₂ and reduced wood consumption by 5.7 t per year.
SDG 15 – Life on land
To date, the programme has reduced wood consumption by 218,388 tons and has thus saved 2,991 hectares of forest from deforestation.
This climate protection project provides renewable energy in one of the poorest provinces of Vietnam. The construction of a mini hydropower plant supplies clean electricity to the national grid. The activity reduces the consumption of energy produced by coal, gas or diesel plants and thus leads to reduced carbon emissions.
Situation without project:
Electricity from fossil fuels
Yearly CO₂ reduction:
3780 t
Your support contributes to the following 9 Sustainable Development Goals:
SDG 7 – Affordable and clean energy
45,994,972 kWh electricity has been produced since the start of the project.
SDG 9 – Industry, innovation and infrastructure
Thanks to the project, investments are made in sustainable infrastructure.
SDG 13 – Climate Actions
The project has prevented 26,452 tonnes of carbon emissions.
The primary objective of the program is to disseminate water purification systems to low-income households and institutions such as schools, starting in Uganda. Carbon finance is used to give households access to the clean water technologies thereby improving the livelihoods and health conditions of thousands of people and at the same time reducing CO₂ emissions by reducing the consumption of non-renewable firewood and charcoal.
Situation without project:
Water purification by boiling with non-renewable wood and charcoal
Yearly CO₂ reduction:
61.399 t
Your support contributes to the following 8 Sustainable Development Goals:
SDG1 – No poverty
Over 130 tons of firewood can be saved by a school on average per water filtration system.
SDG 3 – Good Health
More than 210,000 pupils benefit from the installed systems.
SDG 4 – Quality Education
Thanks to clean drinking water, pupils are ill less often and can attend school more regularly.
SDG 6 – Clean water and sanitary facilities
One school can treat 457,000 litres of drinking water per year.
SDG 12 – Responsible consumption and production
354 water filter tanks and water treatment filters have been installed so far.
SDG 13 – Climate Actions
50,000 tonnes of CO₂ are saved per year.
SDG 15 - Life on land
1,266 hectares of forest saved from deforestation.
SDG 17 – Partnerships for the goals
Development, transfer and distribution of environmentally friendly water treatment technology.
The international initiative with roots in Switzerland is one of the world’s leading partners for effective climate protection. With projects of the highest quality, myclimate promotes measurable climate protection and sustainable development worldwide. Their projects reduce emissions by replacing fossil energy sources with renewable energies, putting in place local reforestation measures with small farmers and implementing energy-efficient technologies. Their experienced consultants help companies in the field of CO₂ and resource management to identify and develop potential. So far, in the more than 140 myclimate climate protection projects, 13.46 million CO₂ have been saved, 18 million trees have been planted and 20,000 jobs have been created.
We live sustainability for ourselves and our customers and actively promote it at our events.
