Philippe Grasset

Philippe Grasset, is graduated from the Aix-en-Provence engineering school of ‘Arts et Métiers’ with a specialization in mechanical engineering. Work on the design, production monitoring and qualification tests, of the hyperstable ceramic structures of space observation instruments developed by Thales Alenia Space. Trained in the characterization and qualification of ceramic materials: mechanical properties (Weibull’s law, fractography), thermal properties, assembly processes.
