Traffic Guide
The Traffic Guide takes you quickly and safely to the exhibition grounds. Please read the Traffic Guide carefully and forward it to your stand constructor, forwarding agent and driver. It contains all access regulations for set-up, fair and dismantling.
FairLog
In order to increase efficiency and organisation during set-up and dismantling, Messe München relies on an IT-supported system for logistics processing—FairLog:
FairLog will be available from 2024. Please refer to the Traffic Guide for further information on the activation date for ceramitec exhibitors.
Transport & Logistics
Our competent logistics partners will help you with questions regarding special transports, security and environmental guidelines and customs clearance. In addition, they take care of on-site handling including empties management, temporary storage, and the rental of cranes, forklifts, and working and lifting platforms for stand assembly.
Delivery of goods
Shipments of goods, letters or other items to be delivered to the exhibitor's stand must contain the following information:

Please note:
- The address given above is only valid during the trade fair. For deliveries in the run-up to the trade fair, please contact one of our approved forwarding agents.
- Exhibitors are advised not to leave any deliveries of goods or other items unsecured in the hall or outdoor area during the construction and dismantling periods.
- Messe München GmbH does not accept consignments of goods, letters or other items intended for exhibitors or third parties.
Authorized freight forwarders
Services with regard to the receipt and dispatch of consignments are offered by the authorized freight forwarders at the exhibition center.
Exemption from driving bans
To make it easier to set up and dismantle at events, exhibitors have the option of applying for an exemption from the ban on driving on Sundays, Public holidays and Saturdays during the summer for the transport of exhibition goods by trucks over 7.5 tonnes.

Set-up

March 23, 2026, 07:00-18:00
All vehicles must leave the grounds by 18:00 on the last set-up day. You may decorate your stand until 20:00.
Extensions to the set-up times are only possible with the written permission of the Exhibitor Technical Services department.
Please note that a deposit regulation is in place on the last set-up day, with the time-limited entry of max. 1 hour and the deposit of € 100 cash.
Dismantling
March 26, 2026, 18:00, to March 27, 2026, 23:00
March 28, 2026, 07:00-23:00
March 29, 2026, 07:00-18:00
Extensions to the dismantling time are not possible.
No special passes are needed during set-up and dismantling.
