ceramitec's CareerDay offers you numerous targeted options for starting your career or taking the next step in your professional life. On the first day of the trade fair, students, graduates, and companies alike will have the opportunity to learn about the transition from university to professional life through a variety of presentations and discussions. CareerDay is organized by the DKG.

14:30 – 16:15: Guided tours
16:30 – 18:00: Optional: ceramitec Women's Forum
Company sponsorship of buses for the ceramitec Career Day 2026
Would you like to present your company to students and trainees from your region and at the same time promote young ceramic talent in Germany?
We offer you an attractive opportunity to prominently showcase your company to potential new employees by sponsoring a Career Day bus and displaying your promotional items and company brochures. On March 24, 2026, the buses you sponsor will bring students and trainees from various regions to Munich for the ceramitec 2026 Career Day.
The sponsorship options are:
- Coverage of all bus costs
- Grant of €1,000
- Grant of €2,000
With this contribution, you would also enable as many young professionals as possible to participate in Career Day.
