That is why the WomeninCeramics and Women@Refractories networks are joining forces to empower women in the industry and make the ceramics and refractories industry even more attractive to talented individuals. On the first day of the trade fair, they are teaming up with ceramitec to offer an inspiring program for women and men who want to drive change, build networks, and break new ground together.

The ceramitec Women's Forum is aimed explicitly at both women and men alike —because sustainable change can only be achieved together. This is where people who want to make a difference come together: women who contribute new ideas and perspectives. Men who, as active allies, can make a decisive contribution to equal opportunities and career advancement. And everyone who is convinced that diversity is the key to an innovative future.
Whether you are from the ceramics and refractories industry or other sectors, everyone is welcome to network, learn from each other, and work together to build a strong network for greater diversity, innovation, and equal opportunities.
The program:
- 16:30: Keynote speech – Welcome and introduction to the two networks WomenInCeramics and Women@Refractories
- 16:35: Women network differently – inspiration for successful business networking
- 16:55: How to be a male ally – how men can effectively support careers
- 17:15: Panel discussion on topics including career advancement, diversity, and modern working time arrangements

All presentations will be held in English – our aim is to appeal to a broad international audience and promote exchange across national and industry boundaries.
