Corner stand (2 sides open) EUR 185.00/m²
End stand (3 sides open) EUR 190.00/m²
Island stand (4 sides open) EUR 193.00/m²

All prices are quoted net.

What extra costs do I have to add on?

AUMA contribution: EUR 0.60/m²
Service prepayment: EUR 15/m²
Fixed waste disposal fee (set-up, during the fair, dismantling): EUR 5/m²
Marketing fee: EUR 6/m²
Mandatory communication fee: EUR 600

What costs need to be taken into account for budgeting?

The MEPLAN calculatorhelps you plan your trade fair budget ranging from floor space to stand architecture including stand utilities such as water, electricity, and security.

What services are included in the full-service stand package?

At ceramitec 2024 you can chose between the Premium full-service package and the Economy full-service package. Please find all included services here.

What is the AUMA fee?

The Association of the German Trade Fair Industry (AUMA) represents the interests of exhibitors, event organizers, and visitors at trade fairs and checks and certifies all the key statistics of the fairs. For this, AUMA charges a fee that is invoiced by Messe München GmbH and transferred directly to the AUMA.

What is the fixed waste disposal fee?

The fixed waste disposal fee covers disposal for a fixed fee of waste produced by the exhibitor at the stand during set-up and dismantling as well as for the entire duration of the trade fair. During the event, gray waste sacks (60 l each) will be distributed to the stands for all normal waste arising at the stand. The filled sacks should be put out at the stand boundary where they can easily be seen before 20:00 each evening.

What is the service prepayment?

As part of the admission invoice, we raise a prepayment charge for services (e.g., power and water connection, internet, telecoms, additional exhibitor passes). After the fair, this prepayment will be reconciled on the final invoice against services actually ordered.

What is the mandatory communication fee?

The mandatory communication fee covers the basic entries in the trade fair media like the online exhibitor database and the visitor planner.

ceramitec 2024 offers exhibitors and visitors a new type of exhibitor directory, which can only develop its full effect if all companies make entries at all levels. In order to offer a low-threshold solution for this, an attractive package has been put together for the standard entry, which already contains the most popular components from the bookings of previous years and also offers a saving of around 25 % compared to an individual booking. The obligatory communication fee includes the following entries for you:

- Company name

- Address and contact details

- 1x entry in the product directory

- 1x entry in the industrial applications

- 1x solution

- Combination package link + e-mail

- Social Media Buttons

- 1x product/project

The obligatory communication fee applies to main and co-exhibitors and is charged at 600 EUR. Further supplementary bookings and thus a broader presentation of the company in the list of exhibitors are still possible.

What is the marketing fee?

The marketing fee is charged for national and international advertising to visitors.

What is a co-exhibitor?

A co-exhibitor is a company or organization whose own employees present its products at the stand of a (main) exhibitor. This includes group companies and subsidiaries. Applications for co-exhibitors must be made by the main exhibitor using a special form. The registration fee per co-exhibitor is EUR 285. A mandatory communication fee of EUR 600 will also be charged to each co-exhibitor. The registration fee and mandatory communication fee are invoiced to the main exhibitor.

How can I apply to be a co-exhibitor?

Applications for co-exhibitors must be made by the main exhibitor using a special form.

Applying for a stand—what is the process?

We need a fully completed, signed and stamped application form from you. After receiving your application, we will send you a confirmation of application by e-mail. After the hall layout has been planned in autumn 2023 you will receive a stand offer including a hall plan by e-mail. You then have the opportunity, within one week, to confirm the stand offer or to agree an alternative with us. The placement proposal requires written confirmation from the exhibitor; after this has been received by Messe München, the exhibitor can no longer cancel. Should you not wish to accept the stand offer, you can cancel your application free of charge. See “A2 Admission” in section A of the General Terms of Participation.

Can I cancel my participation in the fair and what are the cancellation costs?

The procedure and costs are set out under “A5 Termination of Contract” in the .

When is the application deadline?

Anyone who apply by June 30, 2023 will additionally receive a voucher for a one-day ticket free of charge. The deadline for applications is September 15, 2023. Even after this deadline, applications will be accepted and integrated into the process. Stand preferences, however, may not always be met.

Can I express a preference for stand position?

When you apply, you can indicate your preferred stand position. During the planning phase, we do our best to take account of the stand preferences of all companies that have applied. Please understand, however, that we cannot meet all preferences. In any event, we recommend that you apply before the deadline for applications of June 30, 2020

When does stand allocation begin?

Stand allocation begins in September 2023. Exhibitors will receive their stand offer in autumn 2023.

What are the deadlines?

You can find an overview of all the important information on deadlines and logistics here.

What are the important regulations regarding stand construction that I need to be aware of for ceramitec?

Halls and general

Single story construction:
The maximum height of the stand is 7.50 metre.
The upper edge of advertising posters must be no higher than 7.50 metre.

In order to retain the character of ceramitec as a fair for communication and trade, an open stand design must be ensured. If the exhibitor fails to do this to Messe München GmbH's satisfaction, we are authorized to order changes to the stand design. Stand plans can only be approved when the open sides of the stands are designed to be completely open.

Closed walls are permitted if they take up no more than 70 percent of the relevant side of the stand, with a continuous wall no longer than 6 metre. Closed walls longer than 6 metre in length must incorporate an access gap of at least 2 metre. This rule does not apply if a distance of at least 2 metre is maintained from the edge of the stand.

If the rear wall of the trade fair stand is over 2.50 metre, it should be neutral, white, smooth and clean. Only opaque materials that do not let light through (not textiles) are permitted for this. All exhibitors are recommended to erect a dividing wall (2.5 metre in height) on the boundaries to the neighboring stands.

In the case of advertising mounts that extend beyond your own stand walls, a minimum distance of 2 metre must be maintained from the directly neighboring stands. Dividing walls and panels can be ordered in the Exhibitor Shop. Advertising panels may not be fitted with flashing or blinking lights.

It is not permitted to build anything on or over the walkways.

The use of balloons, airships and other flying objects such as drones is strictly forbidden in the halls or exhibition grounds. Exemptions to this will require the prior written approval of the main Technical Exhibitor Service department of Messe München. Approval will be given only for fixed tied balloons. Where approval is granted, the balloons may be filled only with non-combustible and non-toxic gases. It must be ensured at all times that the balloon remains within the boundaries of the stand and maintains a clearance of 2 metre from all sides of the stand, as well as observing the maximum advertising height on the stand of 7.5 metre.

You can find further guidelines on the application form under Point B7 of the and in the .

When is it necessary to obtain approval of the stand plan from Messe München GmbH?

Stand designs for two-story constructions, for stands larger than 100 m² or stand structures exceeding 3 m in height or with a stand covering require prior authorization. Dimensioned drawings including floor plans and elevations on a scale of 1:100 must be submitted to Messe München GmbH, Technical Exhibition Services Division for approval no later than 6 weeks before setup begins.

When are the set-up and dismantling times?

Set-Up:
from April 03-08, 2024, 08:00-18:00

Dismantling:
ab April 12-15, 2024, 16:00-18:00
